You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for United Kingdom & United States.

Condition of Items:
All returned products must be:

Unused and in their original condition.

Returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

We gladly accept returns for both defective and non defective products.

Return Costs

For Defective Products

No cost to you.

Applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way.

Jouzzle will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

 You will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

This includes cases such as:

Purchasing the wrong product.

The item not fitting your needs.

Deciding you no longer want the product.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

How to Return an Item

Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all items that came with it (tags, documents, accessories).

3) Send It Back
Drop your return package at the nearest shipping carrier according to the return instructions we provide by email.

Refund Process

1) Inspection
Once your item arrives, our team will carefully inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions.

2) Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method, though the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
